  • 0.5 oz Clarified lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Carpano antica sweet vermouth · Other
  • 1 oz Alvear solera 1927 pedro ximénez sherry · Sherry
  • 1.5 oz Old raj 110 gin · Gin

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a faux lime twist (see text).
