- 1.5 oz Peat monster scotch (1 oz famous grouse + 1/2 oz laphroaig 10 year)
- 0.75 oz Averna
- 0.5 oz St. germain (st. elder)
- 2 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash Grapefruit bitters (bittermens)
Instructions
Stir with ice, strain into a coupe, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
