  • 1.5 oz Peat monster scotch (1 oz famous grouse + 1/2 oz laphroaig 10 year)
  • 0.75 oz Averna · Amaro
  • 0.5 oz St. germain (st. elder) · Liqueur
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 1 dash Grapefruit bitters (bittermens)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a coupe, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
