Ingredients

  • 1 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Simple syurp · Other
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Tanqueray gin · Gin
  • 1.5 oz Pimm's no. 1 · Liqueur

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass rinsed with Cynar. Garnish with 7 drops of Peychaud's Bitters.
