Ingredients

1 literal Whole egg · Other
0.5 oz Maple syrup · Syrup
1 oz Laird's bonded apple brandy · Brandy
1 oz Rittenhouse 100 rye · Whiskey
2 oz Southampton pumpkin ale (wolaver's pumpkin)

Instructions

Add to a mixing glass and swirl to decarbonate the beer. Shake once without ice and once with ice, and strain into a Fizz glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
