Ingredients

  • 10 Leaf mint
  • 2 dash Orange bitters (angostura orange) · Bitters
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Orgeat · Other
  • 2 oz Dry gin (damrak)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass, and fill with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and an edible orchid (pea blossoms).
