Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
- 2 dash House persimmon bitters (*)
- 0.25 oz Apricot liqueur
- 0.25 oz Suze gentian liqueur
- 0.5 oz Orgeat
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 1.5 oz Macchu pisco
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
