Ingredients

  • 1 dash Absinthe (12 drop st. george)
  • 1 literal 8-10 Leaf mint · Other
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat · Other
  • 0.5 oz Apricot liqueur (giffard)
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 2 oz Dry vermouth (noilly prat) · Vermouth

Instructions

Shake with ice, double strain into a Tiki mug, fill with crushed ice, and garnish with a mint sprig.
