1 Egg white, Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Earl grey-infused tanqueray gin

Plymouth gin (darnley's view), Lemon juice, Rothman & winter orchard apricot, Simple syrup, Orange bitters (angostura orange), 6 Leaf mint
