6 Leaf mint, Lime juice, Orange liqueur (pierre ferrand dry curaçao), Orgeat, Absinthe (butterfly), Dry vermouth (noilly prat)

6 To 8 leaves of mint, Simple syrup, Lime juice, Smith & cross, Cynar

Fernet branca (see cynar variation below), Green chartreuse, Campari, Simple syrup, Whole egg

Leaf mint, Orgeat syrup, Rothman & winter orchard apricot liqueur, Loomi black lime tea (**), Old raj 110 gin (*)

Demerara syrup, Lime juice, Cynar, Grapefruit liqueur (st. elder), Mezcal (mezcal union)

Leaf mint, Angostura bitters, Orgeat, Velvet falernum, Lime juice, Batavia arrack, Bols genever

Lime juice, Orgeat, Crème de peche (briottet), Four roses bourbon
