Ingredients

2 oz Brandy (courvoisier vs cognac) · Brandy
0.5 oz Orange curaçao (pierre ferrand)
0.5 oz Ginger liqueur (barrow's)
2 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into an old fashioned glass rinsed with pastis (Pastis d'Autrefois), and garnish with a lemon twist.
