Lime juice, Yellow chartreuse, Ripe honey syrup, Scarlet ibis rum

Jamaican rum (1 3/4 oz appleton signature + 1/4 oz smith & cross), Lime juice, Honey syrup, Angostura bitters

Medium dark rum (appleton signature), Or so lime juice (1/2 oz), - 2 Tsp honey (1/2 oz honey syrup), Egg white (1 egg white)

1 Egg white, Lemon juice, Honey syrup (1:1), St. george pear eau de vie, Plantation barbados 5 year rum

Barbados rum (rl seale 10 year), Calvados (morin selection), Honey syrup 1:1, St. elizabeth allspice dram (hamilton's), Lemon juice

Applejack (morin calvados selection), Lemon juice, Honey syrup (1:1), Curaçao (pierre ferrand)
