Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Honey syrup (1:1)
- 0.25 oz St. george pear eau de vie
- 2 oz Plantation barbados 5 year rum
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a coupe, and garnish with 10 drops of Angostura Bitters.
