Bumble-Bee Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Medium dark rum (appleton signature)
  • 2 tsp Or so lime juice (1/2 oz)
  • 1.5 - 2 Tsp honey (1/2 oz honey syrup)
  • 2 tsp Egg white (1 egg white)

Instructions

Shake one round without ice and one round with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with 3-4 drop Angostura Bitters.
