Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Pinch salt
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 0.25 oz Lime
  • 0.5 oz Demerara simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz Zucca liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Oloroso sherry
  • 1 oz Citadelle reserve gin
  • 1 literal 1 Egg

Instructions

Dry shake, add ice, and shake again. Double strain into a coupe glass.
