Pimm's Chalice

Slice cucumber, 1 Strawberry, 3 Leaves of mint, Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Beefeater gin, Pimm's no. 1

Lemon juice, Yellow chartreuse, Redemption rye whiskey, Pimm's no. 1

Lemon juice, Chai tea syrup, Pimm's no. 1

Lemon juice (1/8 oz), Dry vermouth (2 oz noilly prat), Swedish punsch (1 oz homemade), Pimm's #1 (1 oz)

Crème de cassis, Simple syrup (1:1), Lemon juice, Pimm's no. 1, Beefeater summer edition gin

Lemon juice, Cucumber purée with herbsaint and hyssop-anise syrup, Plymouth gin

Rose's lime cordial (1/3 oz), Pimm's no. 1 cup (1/3 oz), Noilly prat dry vermouth (1 oz), Nicholson's london gin (1 2/3 oz martin miller westbourne)
