Ingredients
- 3 dash Absinthe
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Triple sec
- 0.75 oz Cocchi americano
- 0.75 oz Gin
- 2 Chunk watermelon (~1 1/2 oz)
Instructions
Muddle the watermelon chunks. Add rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a small wedge of watermelon.
