Ingredients
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Pineapple gomme syrup (homemade)
- 1 oz Cocchi americano
- 1 oz Blanco tequila (espolón)
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and 2 dashes of absinthe (Obsello).
