  • 1 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Kübler absinthe · Absinthe
  • 0.25 oz Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 2 oz Pierre ferrand 1840 cognac · Cognac

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, and strain into a rocks glass. I later asked for a lemon peel to be twisted over the top.
