Carthusian Sour

Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
- 1 dash Housemade aromatic bitters
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Green chartreuse
- 1.5 oz Old overholt rye
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with. Double strain into a rocks glass, and twist a lemon peel over the top.
