Backyard Sour

Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
- 0.13 oz Rothman & winter orchard apricot
- 0.25 oz Simple syrup
- 0.25 oz Amaro meletti
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Peach-infused brandy
- 1 oz Applejack
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice. Double strain into a rocks glass containing 3 ice cubes. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
