  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.25 oz Lemon juice (1/2 oz) · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Aperol · Other
  • 1.25 oz Rittenhouse 100 rye (1 1/2 oz) · Whiskey

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a rocks glass with ice, top with soda water (1 oz), and garnish with lemon (lemon twist).
