Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Zaya rum
- 0.5 oz Fernet branca
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Demerara syrup (1:1)
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into an ice-filled old fashioned glass, and garnish with an orange twist.
