Ingredients
- 0.25 oz Peychaud's bitters
- 0.25 oz Angostura bitters
- 0.75 oz Simple syrup 1:1 (jaggery)
- 0.75 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Ruby port (taylor fladgate)
- 1 oz Smith & cross rum
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a Tiki or Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge (omitted).
