0.25 oz Angostura bitters · Bitters
0.75 oz Simple syrup 1:1 (jaggery) · Syrup
0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
1 oz Ruby port (taylor fladgate) · Aperitif & Fortified Wine
1 oz Smith & cross rum · Rum

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Tiki or Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge (omitted).
