Barbados Fix

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Earl grey tea syrup (1:1)
  • 0.5 oz Passion fruit syrup (trader tiki/bg reynolds)
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 1.5 Barbados rum (plantation 5 year)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with lime slices and/or berries in season. Add a straw.
