Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Passion fruit syrup
  • 1 oz Pimm's no. 1
  • 1 oz Rhum barbancourt 8 year

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass containing 2 oz ginger beer. Top with crushed ice, add a straw, and garnish with a lime twist.
