Hendrick's Lemongrass Sour

Ingredients

  • 3 dash Thai basil/kaffir tincture (**)
  • 0.5 Egg white
  • 0.25 oz Agave syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz Lime lemongrass cordial (*)
  • 2 oz Hendrick's gin

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a short highball (or cocktail) glass.
