  • 2 dash Peppermint tea tincture (* see below or perhaps sub 1 bsp crème de menthe in a pinch)
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Amaro braulio · Amaro
  • 1 oz Lustau amontillado sherry · Sherry
  • 1.25 oz Clement select aged rhum agricole

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass, fill with fresh ice, and garnish with a mint sprig.
