2 dash Peppermint tea tincture (* see below or perhaps sub 1 bsp crème de menthe in a pinch)
0.5 oz Simple syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Amaro braulio
1 oz Lustau amontillado sherry
1.25 oz Clement select aged rhum agricole

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass, fill with fresh ice, and garnish with a mint sprig.
