Sherry Colada

Ingredients
- 0.75 oz Pineapple juice
- 0.25 oz Amontillado sherry
- 0.75 oz Manzanilla sherry
- 1.5 oz Palo cortado sherry (*)
- 1 oz Housemade coconut cream
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Fill with crushed ice, garnish with two cherries on a pick, and add a straw.
