Ingredients

  • 2 dash Orange bitters (regan's)
  • 0.5 oz Coco lopez coconut cream
  • 0.5 oz St. germain (st. elder)
  • 0.5 oz Curaçao (van der hum)
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Cognac (camus vs)
  • 2 oz Gin (seagram's)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass (a coconut Tiki mug filled with crushed ice). Garnish with a punch of cinnamon and a pineapple leaf (cinnamon and mint sprigs).
