Ingredients

  • 8 oz Milk
  • 1 literal 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Sugar (1/4 oz simple syrup)
  • 0.25 Pony carta de oro bacardi (1/4 oz privateer navy yard rum)
  • 2 Pony dry sherry (2 oz lustau amontillado)
  • 0.5 Pony cognac (1/2 oz courvoisier vs)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a 12 oz glass (2 single old fashioned glasses), and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon.
