Ingredients

  • 1 oz Kilkerran 12 year single malt scotch (royal brackla 12 year)
  • 0.75 oz Ron del barrilito 3 star rum (bacardi 4 year)
  • 0.25 oz Smith & cross rum · Rum
  • 1 tsp Pineapple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 tsp Crème de cacao (tempus fugit) · Other
  • 2 dash Bittermens mole bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube, and garnish with a lemon twist.
