Absinthe (1/2 bsp butterfly), Angostura bitters, Honey syrup (1/4 oz 1:1), Bourbon (four roses yellow label)

Orange bitters (regan's), Caol ila 12 year scotch, St. germain (st. elder), Honey syrup, Lemon juice, Plymouth gin (tanqueray), 1 Egg white

1 Egg white, Lemon juice, Honey syrup (1:1), St. george pear eau de vie, Plantation barbados 5 year rum

Bourbon (evan williams bonded), Elderflower liqueur (st. elder), Dry vermouth (noilly prat), Lemon juice, Honey syrup, 1 Egg white

Honey syrup (1:1 with water), Lemon juice, Beefeater 24 gin

Gin (bombay dry), Sweet vermouth (lacuesta rojo), Honey syrup 1:1, Lemon juice, Fernet branca

Housemade aromatic bitters, Pineapple syrup, Mead, Cinzano sweet vermouth, Old overholt rye
