2:1 Honey syrup (3/4 oz 1:1), Lemon juice, Vieux pontarlier absinthe (butterfly), Rhum jm 100 proof agricole blanc (depaz)

Marie brizard white crème de cacao, Lillet blanc (cocchi americano), Hine vsop cognac (foret vsop)

Small handful mint leaves (6 leaves), Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Apple brandy (copper & kings floodwall)

Ginger syrup (1 coin ginger, muddled), Campari, Marie brizard white crème de cacao (bols), Dolin blanc vermouth, El tesoro blanco tequila

Lillet blanc, Mirto, Aperol

Orange bitters (regan's), Cointreau, Cocchi americano, London dry gin (tanqueray)

Lemon juice, Luxardo maraschino, Green chartreuse, Courvoisier cognac (camus vs)

Liqueur glass italian vermouth (2 oz cocchi sweet), Liqueur glass fernet branca (1 oz), Curaçao (pierre ferrand dry)
