1 Egg white, Grenadine (homemade), Lime juice, Dry vermouth (noilly prat), Apple brandy (marquis de saint-loup calvados)

Egg white (1 full egg white), Grenadine (3/8 oz), Orgeat (3/8 oz), Dry vermouth (2 1/4 oz noilly prat)

Egg white, Grenadine, Grapefruit juice, Bacardi (1 1/2 oz caliche rum, 1/2 oz seleta gold cachaça)

1/2 Egg white, Grapefruit juice (1/2 oz), Grenadine (1/4 oz), Sweet vermouth (1 oz cocchi), Gin (1 oz tanqueray)

1 Egg yolk, Heavy cream (half and half), Averna or cynar (cynar), Calvados (boulard vsop), Slightly smoky scotch (buchanan 12 year)

1/2 Egg white, Pineapple syrup (1/2 oz), Orange juice (1 oz), Gin (1 1/2 oz beefeater)

Lime juice (3/8 oz), Apricot liqueur (3/4 oz rothman & winter), Brandy (3/4 oz foret), Dry gin (3/4 oz darnley's view)
