Ingredients

  • 2 dash Absinthe (1/8 oz butterfly) · Absinthe
  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Aperol · Other
  • 0.5 oz Dolin rouge vermouth (alessio sweet)
  • 1.5 oz Grosperrin vsop cognac (camus vs)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a vintage cocktail stem glass or a mini cocktail coupe; garnish with lemon oil.
