Dry gin (2 oz beefeater), French vermouth (1 oz noilly prat dry), Parfait amour (1/4 oz marie brizard), Orange juice (1/4 oz)

1 Egg white, Bittermens mole bitters, Pierre ferrand 1840 cognac, Coco lopez cream of coconut, Fernet branca

Cynar, Combier orange liqueur, Beefeater gin, Dolin blanc vermouth

1 Egg yolk, Heavy cream (half and half), Averna or cynar (cynar), Calvados (boulard vsop), Slightly smoky scotch (buchanan 12 year)

1 Egg, St. elizabeth allspice dram, Orgeat, Cruzan black strap rum, Zacapa 23 rum, Smith & cross rum

Whole egg, Honey syrup, Blandy's 5 year malmsey madeira, St. george spiced pear liqueur, Averna, Barbancourt rhum

Orange bitters, Fee's walnut bitters, Nocino liqueur, Lustau oloroso sherry, Pig's nose scotch
