Ingredients
- 0.25 oz Green chartreuse · Herbal Liqueur
- 0.38 oz Grapefruit juice · Juice
- 0.38 oz Lime juice · Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
- 1.5 oz London dry gin (beefeater) · Gin
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with ~1 oz sparkling wine (Gruet Brut) and garnish with a mint leaf.
