1 Egg white, Bittermens mole bitters, Pierre ferrand 1840 cognac, Coco lopez cream of coconut, Fernet branca

Lemon juice, Passion fruit syrup, Dolin blanc vermouth, Chinaco blanco tequila

Heavy cream, Pineapple juice, Lime juice, Tempus fugit crème de cacao, Lost spirits 151 proof cuban rum (lemon hart 151)

1/2 Egg white, Green chartreuse, Orgeat, Lime juice, Rhum agricole (depaz), Blanco tequila (espolon)

Angostura bitters, Orgeat, "Bittersweet" (equal parts campari & grenadine), Lime juice, Pineapple juice, Bumbo rum (don q oak barrel spiced)
