Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Bols genever (bols barrel-aged)
- 1 oz Campari · Amaro
- 0.5 oz Pedro ximenez sherry (el maestro sierra)
- 6 drop Salt water (1:4 saline)
- 2 Orange peels
Instructions
Express the two peels into the mixing glass, add the rest of the ingredients, stir with ice, and strain into a coupe glass without garnish.
