1 Egg white, Ferrara orgeat, Lime juice, Montecristo 12 year rum, Batavia arrack

Whole egg, Pumpkin purée spiced syrup (*), Madeira, Laird's 7 1/2 year apple brandy

1 Egg, Bittermens mole bitters, Angostura bitters, Brown sugar simple syrup, Benedictine, Pimm's no. 1, Oloroso sherry

Angostura bitters, Lemon juice, Maraschino liqueur, Averna, Dewar's blended scotch, Peychaud's bitters, 1 Egg
