Ginger syrup (ginger people), Egg white (1/2 egg white), Lemon juice, Ruby port (taylor fladgate), Blended scotch (famous grouse)

Lemon juice, Ginger syrup, Fernet branca, Nolet's silver gin

Leaf mint, Orgeat syrup, Rothman & winter orchard apricot liqueur, Loomi black lime tea (**), Old raj 110 gin (*)

Bourbon (evan williams bonded), Lemon juice, Maple syrup, Ginger syrup, Crème de peche (mathilde)

6 Leaf mint, Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Cynar, Gin (bombay dry)
