Ingredients
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Amaro montenegro
- 2 oz Ransom old tom gin
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a flute glass. Top with 1 oz prosecco (Gruet Blanc de Blancs) and garnish with a lemon twist.
