Ingredients
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz St. germain (st. elder)
- 1 oz Cynar
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a flute glass. Top with 2 oz cava (Gruet Blanc de Blanc) and garnish with a lemon twist spiral.
