2 dash Absinthe (1 bsp pernod) · Absinthe
0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
0.5 oz Apricot liqueur (rothman & winter) · Liqueur
1 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
1.5 oz Ron abuelo 7 year rum (barbancourt 8 year)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a double Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube (Tiki mug with crushed ice), and garnish with a mint sprig.
