3 oz Whole milk (soy milk) · Other
0.5 oz Honey syrup · Syrup
0.5 oz Licor 43 · Other
1.5 oz Oloroso sherry (lustau) · Sherry
1.5 oz Pampero aniversario rum (diplomatico añejo)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass, fill with crushed ice, and garnish with grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick (freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon).
