Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Passion fruit syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz Batavia arrack (van oosten)
  • 1.5 oz Bank note scotch (famous grouse)
  • 0.5 oz Pierre ferrand dry curaçao
  • 0.25 oz Orgeat
  • 0.25 oz Grenadine

Instructions

Whip shake with crushed ice, pour into a parrot Tiki mug, and fill with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds, orchid, orange floret, and parasol (orange twist and paper umbrella).
