  • 1.5 oz Bourbon (evan williams bonded at work, old grand-dad bonded at home)
  • 0.5 oz Plantation pineapple rum · Rum
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup 1:1 · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.13 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 2 dash Mole bitters (bittermens at work, angostura cocoa at home)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe.
