Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon cordial/sherbert (*) · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Aperol · Other
  • 0.75 oz Beefeater gin · Gin

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a flute glass with 2 oz Cristalino sparkling wine, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
