Pisco Punch Variation

Ingredients

1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
0.5 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
1.5 oz Macchu pisco · Pisco

Instructions

Shake without ice and then with ice. Strain into a rocks glass and float a line of Regan's Orange Bitters on top of foam.
