Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Giffard banane du bresil
  • 0.5 oz Falernum (velvet) · Other
  • 0.5 oz Doctor bird jamaican rum (smith & cross)
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Sfumato rabarbaro amaro

Instructions

Build in a Collins glass, fill with crushed ice, swizzle to mix and chill, and garnish with mint and freshly grated nutmeg.
